This is a unique opportunity to kickstart a career inside of a digital-first, international beauty brand, as part of a positive and uplifting customer service team.

Divyne is looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about creating the best possible experience for our customers. You'll be working closely with the Customer Service Manager to create the best experience for customers across a range of channels, such as Facebook Messenger, LINE and email, with unlimited potential for learning and self-development.

6 month expectations

  • Master all areas of customer service, able to handle customer enquiries across Facebook Messenger, LINE and e-mail
  • Have a deep understanding of customer service standards and best practices
  • Efficiently coordinate with relevant departments such as warehouses and couriers in a fast and efficient manner

12 months+ expectations

  • Help improve and develop customer service processes, starting with the customer's needs and working backwards
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager to identify opportunities to surprise and delight customers across various channels
  • Work with increasing independence and autonomy


  • 1+ year experience in a similar customer service role, exceptional fresh graduates welcome
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • True passion for customer service and helping others
  • A positive mindset and the ability to make the best of a bad situation
  • Great listener – ready to learn and develop themselves
  • Strong Thai skills, both written and spoken
  • Passionate about beauty is a big advantage
  • Able to work as part of a rotational-shift system that is decided together with the team
